Refund policy

NoelGlow wall projector: 30-day returns

You may request a return of your NoelGlow Christmas wall projector within 30 days of delivery, including if you change your mind. Contact us through our contact page with your order number before sending a return. We will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Return postage

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Return the projector and the accessories supplied with it.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and reviewed, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–8 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Customer-paid change-of-mind postage does not apply where we are responsible for the issue or where the law requires us to cover return costs.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights. Earlier orders retain any more favorable return terms offered when the order was placed.
