Shipping policy

NoelGlow wall projector shipping

These shipping details apply to the NoelGlow Christmas wall projector. Standard shipping within the United States is free. Available international destinations and any charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and transit

Orders normally dispatch within 2–3 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 7–10 business days after dispatch (approximately 9–13 business days total). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; holiday demand, carriers and customs can cause delays.

Tracking and order help

Tracking is provided when your order ships. For address corrections, tracking questions or delivery problems, use our contact page and include your order number. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights or reduces a more favorable delivery promise already made for an earlier order. Other products retain the terms stated on their product pages and at checkout.
